Germination Policy

Germination concerns must be reported within 60 days of purchase, and all seeds from the same order must have been germinated. Since seeds are live plant material, we cannot guarantee 100% germination rates. However, we expect a minimum germination rate of 90% from our suppliers. To account for potential losses, we recommend purchasing and germinating 10% more seeds than your desired number of plants.

 

Please note that free seeds (freebies) are not eligible for replacements, and we do not provide replacements for replacement orders. If you experience consistent germination issues across multiple breeders and strains, the issue is likely related to your germination process rather than the seeds themselves. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline replacement requests.

 

Some seeds, particularly those from varieties bred indoors under artificial lighting, may appear smaller or paler in color. This does not impact their germination potential. Immature seeds, on the other hand, are typically green in color.If you believe the products you received were faulty and that poor germination is not due to your process, please complete our germination form so we can thoroughly investigate your claim.
